The merger between Lawson Software and Intentia is now complete. From a Support point of view, our aim is to make the transition to the new Lawson as seamless as possible for you,
and for communication purposes it is “business as usual”.
Your support issues will be handled by the same teams as before, and you can contact them in the same ways as before.
For issue reporting, we are continuing to use Lawson Interactive Support for issues relating to Lawson products and TellUs for issues relating to former Intentia products.
