Lawson M3 Automatic Document Capture (ADC) is an application that eliminates manual invoice handling.
The application allows data to be entered into the Lawson M3 Suite automatically by scanning and “reading” documents. All manual handling is eliminated. The application aids process efficiencies by permitting the creation of an image that can be electronically distributed.
Thus the Lawson M3 ADC application reduces the total cost of managing supplier invoices, optimizes cash discounts, avoids penalty interest and fake invoices, and increases distribution efficiency while making invoices available at the user’s fingertips.
