Lawson Clients

Lawson support is available to clients who have currently licensed software (already installed), a valid maintenance agreement, and have been trained on the product. Lawson services can provide assistance to users who need help installing their products or need product training.

Setting Up Support Accounts
As a Lawson client, you must assign an internal Lawson Web Site Security Administrator. Your Security Administrator will have the authority to create and maintain individual Lawson web site user accounts within your organization. If your organization has not already done so, an executive within your organization will need to complete and mail/fax the Security Administrator Authorization Form to Lawson. The same form can be used if your organization needs to reassign the role of Security Administrator.

Support Site Platform Requirements and Browser Alert
In order to fully utilize Lawson's client support web site, please ensure your browser version meets Lawson's minimum requirements: Netscape Communicator: 6.2 (or greater) or Internet Explorer: 5.5 (or greater). If you experience blank web pages or data reports that do not generate properly, please verify your browser level. If needed, download an upgraded version from your browser's web site.
