This one-day course will provide you with knowledge and experience to achieve more transparent and effective tactical planning. The course will explain the activities within tactical planning and demonstrate the supporting features and functionality within Lawson M3.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for planners, managers and controllers who are new to the planning functionality in Lawson M3 (or require a refresher).

To fully benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of Workplace and Business Process Design Tool (BPDT), and know how to navigate in them.

We also recommend that you have:
· Practical experience of working with tactical planning
· General knowledge about APICS definitions and planning models.
