This two-day course enables you manage the quality audit activities performed in the procurement process flow. But what is quality? This course helps you understand the definition of quality, different types of quality and quality measurements.

Purchase Order Processing helps you to eliminate routine work so that you can concentrate on more productive and profitable activities such as quality improvements.

Still, all forms of quality assurance are not value adding. The overall goal of quality assurance is to minimize the cost for quality errors and, if possible, move the responsibility for the quality to the supplier.

This course supports purchasing activities, including goods receipt and put-away in combination with quality inspection. It also supports claim handling, monitoring and follow-up activities to ensure total control over purchasing activities, and supplier delivery performance.

The objective of this course is to understand how quality inspections are handled within the procurement process in Lawson M3. By the end of the course, you should be able to:
· Report quality inspection connected to different flows
· Report different quality results
· Use inspection tasks
· Use inspection plans
· Work with claims
· Use supplier and inspection statistics to classify suppliers.

This course is recommended for end users who will be working with or want detailed knowledge about quality assurance in connection to the logistics in Purchase Order Processing, for example, employees who work with goods receipt and/or quality control.
