Purchase Order Processing Introduction (e)




This one-day course provides you with an indispensable tool for your daily procurement activities. As purchasing volumes grow, transaction costs become an increasing threat to staying competitive. Manual, time and cost consuming steps in the purchasing flow have to be automated. In addition, unnecessary obstacles must be eliminated to streamline the purchasing process and enable buyers to concentrate on deviations. Decentralized buying requires a solid and configurable framework for purchase call-off and requisitioning.

This course aims to help you to understand how Procurement efficiently supports aspects of procurement including identifying what to buy, requisitioning and purchase order processing.

· Manually create purchase orders
· Manage purchase requisitions
· Generate planned purchase orders
· Manage purchase inquiries
· Authorize purchase
· Define supplier and supplier related data.
