Operational Planning Introduction (e)

This one-day course explains and demonstrates how to use the planner’s workbench, which is the central part of material planning in Lawson M3. The planning logic enables detailed material and capacity planning, and this course explains how to activate the functionality and how it works. Also presented are features for operational planning and calculation of planning.

Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with material and capacity planning on an operational level and are new to the planning functionality in Lawson M3 (or who require a refresher).

To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have a basic understanding of Workplace and Business Process Design Tool (BPDT), and know how to navigate in them.

We also recommend that you have:
· Practical experience of working with operational planning
· General knowledge about APICS definitions and planning models.
