Lawson M3 Learning Camp - MSR

This five-day course shows how Lawson manages and integrates the business processes of an MSR company.

Why Should You Attend?

By the end of the course, you will have a basic understanding of the relationship between key Lawson M3 concepts and processes and the operational decisions driving work order planning, work order process, service approval, repair order, purchase of spare parts and financial activities. You will also have a basic understanding of the key data and configuration which support the MSR processes. You will gain both a working knowledge of the system and an understanding of the operational activities necessary to run the MSR functions of Lawson M3, as an integrated business entity. During the week, you will perform basic functions, learn the different settings and work through scenarios that illustrate available functionality. You will know how to use Companion as a learning tool, you will be able to run the main process flows in Lawson M3, and you will know the basic setup required to run Lawson M3. By attending this course you will be provided with a ‘Jump Start’ in learning the fundamental functions of the MSR system.
